Should I leave a tip?
While leaving a tip is optional, we really appreciate your generosity and whatever tip you give goes entirely to whoever served you that day. Even if you pay $10 extra, we make sure that the staff member that was associated to your account, gets the entire tip.
How fast is this?
Our friends at Stripe process the payment the moment you submit it, however, your staff member gets it in 4-6 business days (Hence the “pending” transaction that appears on your end)
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes! you can pay with a credit card, a debit card and even a prepaid gift card. So essentially, we can process any Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
Is This Secure?
Here at Blugraphy we take your security so seriously, we implemented HTTPS into our system, so your our connection is encrypted with a per-user-encryption. This means that the requests you’re sending to our servers, nobody else can understand. We also out-sourced all our card processing to security experts. Our friends at Stripe handle all the payments for us. We don’t store any of your info on our servers. We don’t store your credit cards, your name, your address, not even how much you paid.
